For the Christian each day should be Thanksgiving Day! We should never let a day go by without finding something in our day for which we can be and should be thankful. We should be thankful that God has blessed us by sending His Son to die in our place, to take away our sins, for this each one should be thankful. We should be thankful that God has blessed us by allowing us to be bom in this country, where we enjoy freedom and so many physical blessings, for this we should be thankful! For most of us, God has blessed us with God-fearing parents, for this we should be thankful! Those of us who have Christian spouses should get down on our knees each day and thank our God for allowing us to marry such wonderful people! If you have children, thank God for blessing you! If God has blessed you with good health, be thankful each and every day! If you went to bed last night with a full stomach be sure and thank God for that blessing! If you woke up this morning to a nice warm house, thank God for that blessing! If you have on nice warm clothes, thank God for that blessing! If you drove or rode in a nice car or truck to services this morning, thank God for that blessing! Give thanks to God for being surrounded by brothers and sisters who are worshiping God with you this morning! If you hear a baby or a small child cry or fuss during services, thank God for that child and its parents for being here! Giving thanks on Thanksgiving Day and every day, for God has truly blessed us all! Happy Thanksgiving!
