WELCOME!
We extend a very hearty and sincere
welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today
and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes
after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.
UPCOMING EVENTS
WORK DAY
September 13--There will be a work day at the building beginning at 8:00
am There are several things that we
need to accomplish and we need all the help we can get.

MENS BUSINESS MEETING
will be held on September 14, at 4:30. If you have any items to be
discussed, please give them to Roy before the date.

Roy Phillips has
one more radiation treatment and the doctore says about another month to
recover from the radiation.
Judy Phillips is
suffering with a case of shingles.
Doshie Crossland, mother
of Ruth Mc Masters, has returned to her home in Springfield. She is still
suffering from infection in
her foot.
FAIR HAVEN
CHILDRENS HOME
Our new items for the children's
home are aluminum foil, zip lock bags, trash bags, and
Kleenex. Items will be picked up on
September 18. Let's try to fill our container before the next pick up date.
Conngratulations
to Johnnie, Jan and McKiensie. Braeden Travis Mc Nicol was born to
Micah and Rob McNichol at 6:25 September 3. He
weighed in at 6 pounds and 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
He was welcomed home by his brother Rhys. Grandma Jan will be returning
to us next week end.
WELCOME HOME
HARRY AND THELMA-- Harry and Thelma returned
Wednesday from their trip to California to see their son. We missed
them and welcome them back.
FIRST SUNDAY
FELLOWSHIP after services this morning.
Please stay and join us. There is plenty of food to go around. Hostesses
are Cathy Thompson, Ellen Haddock, Louise Bigley, and Rebecca Bigley.
SINGING AND
FELLOWSHIP-- our monthly singing has been
postponed for a couple of weeks. We will give you a rescheduled date
