THE 3rd--6th GRADE
CLASS has created a replica of the Tabernacle
found in the Old Testament. It is set up outside of their classroom
in the long hall and we invite everyone to come by and look at it between
or after services. The display will stay up for one week. We're
very proud of this class for the owrk they have done.
A WORM IN AN APPLE-- How
does a worm get inside an apple? Perhaps you think the worm burrows
in from the outside. No, scientists have discovered that the work
comes from the inside. An insect lays an egg in the apple blossom.
Sometime later, the worm hatches in the heart of the apple, then eats his
way out. Sin, like the worm, begins in the heart and works out through
the person's thoughts, words, and actions. For this reason, David
wrote, "Create in me a clean heart , O God."
