FUND RAISER

There will be a fundraiser for the Latin-American work on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 6:30 pm,  at the gymnasium of the Farihaven Children's Home in Strafford, MO.  A free meal will be prepared for all by Terry and Ruth McMasters.  Jack Farber from Valdosta, GA will speak and all proceeds raised will go to the print shop which prints all the literature and books for the work done in the Latin-American work.

Our congregation is very much involved in this work.  Several of our members have gone to Panama and Peru over the ast years and it is worthy of our support.  Please plan to be there.  If you have questions , see Terry McMasters.
 
 

PRAYER LIST

Cecil Counts, father of Pat Cruise, is having health problems. He will return to the doctor Wednesday. Please keep him in your prayers.
Ted Clarke is having a biopsy tomorrow morning. He has not heard back from his MRI.  Results of tests on his right kidney were not good.
Vickie Cantrell has two fractures in her back and is confined to home at this time.

NOTIFY SHERRIE OF NAMES TO BE ADDED OR DROPPED FROM THE PRAYER LIST.

There are others who have requested prayer. Please call the church number for a list of these  people to include in your prayers. Let's remember to pray daily for all those on the prayer list.

FAIR HAVEN NEEDS--New Goal

NEW GOAL-- 25 Packages of Hot Chocolate Mix.  The next scheduled pick date is in December.

SUNSHINE BASKETS
We will be making a sunshine basket for Harry Price and we have a continuous need for items to put in the baskets.  Please try to remember to bring things and place them in the basket in the foyer.  Monetary donations are also appreciated.

RON AND KATHY'S DAUGHTER
Ron and Kathy's daughter, Sarah, was confronted by a student with a gun a her school in Rolla but is okay.  Continue to pray for the whole family and thank God for her safety in this incident.

LADIES DAY

Several women are thinking of going to Sparta for their Ladies Day.  If you would like to go, we may plan to meet at the building and go from here.  Please see Sherrie or Linda if you're interested.
