WELCOME!
We extend a very hearty and sincere
welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today
and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes
after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.

CODE. OUR FIRST MAILING RECENTLY WENT OUT. THERE ARE COPIES OF THIS
PUBLICATION IN THE FOYER. WE WILL COVER THE ENTIRE ZIP CODE OF 10,000 BOXES
OR RESIDENCES IN SIX MAILINGS EACH YEAR.

Dec 5
HOLIDAY PARTY Our
annual holiday party will take place Saturday afternoon, Dec 5,.
Food wil be
provided. Bring a $7.50-$10.00 gift for exchange. Women bring
a womans gift and men
bring a mens gift. This year we will play a game called "Guess Who?".
We will have a
picture board. Bring a picture of yourself when you were younger
and give to Sherrie
Clarke with your name on the back. Each person should bring a picture
and not of a
married couple together. This is optional but we encourage you to
join in the fun.

Bob Blackwell is
on the Cancer floor at St. Johns Hospital with Acute Myeogeneous Leukemia
undergoing chemotherapy. These treatments require hospitalization
for about 30 days and if all goes well with the first treatment he will
have 2 more 3 week treatments.
Kenneth Davis,
Debra's husband, is recovering at home from knee replacement surgery.
Samantha Tate,
granddaughter of Clarkes, will be going to Childrens Hospital in Little
Rock for an endoscopy and colonoscopy on December 2.
Doshie Crossland, mother
of Ruth McMasters, is still struggling with fluid on her lungs. She
needs constant care. She is still suffering with a fractured vertegbrae.
Estelline Jones is
still struggling with blood pressure problems and is very weak.
Christina Huckaby, mother
of Johnnie Huckaby is doing some better at this time.
Linda Haffner is
taking her second round of chemo and is having a lot of sickness with it.
Don Thurman,
father of Diana Greer has completed his weekly treatments, but is having
headaches.
Johnnie Sanders
goes for his eighth chemo treatment on Wednesday.
Missy Nash, is
still recoverying from back surgery.
Edgar Hicks,
father of Jan Sanders, at the typing of this bulletin is at home in a coma.
Matt Manary,
Mae's grandson, is to have another procedure on his eye.
Dylan Kays,
grandson of Vickie Cantrell, had surgery to correct double vision. Doctors
say that it will take about a week for his eye muscle to strengthen.
He came through surgery fine and is at home and doing well.
Gene Richardson
remains in the nursing home and is still awaiting resuls from some tests
run on his heart.
Remember all of these in your prayers.

FAIRHAVEN CHILDRENS
HOME New Items are toilet tissue,
paper towels, zip lock bags, and paper plates. Let's try to remember
to bring items to fill our containers. Also remember to save the
Best Choice bar codes and place in the Smiley Face box in the foyer.
The Thursday morning Ladies' Class will be preparing
two boxes for military on Dec. 3. Please have items suitable for shipping
overseas here by Wednesday, Dec. 2. Also the Ladies' class will be
preparing about 40 holiday baskets for widows/widowers. Be thinking
about how you might help with this project. More information to follow.
