Thanks to all of ou who came and worked so hard at the work day yesterday.  There was a lot accomplished.  There will be another work day next Saturday, June 17th.  We need all the help we can get. Please plan to attend if at all possible.

CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Ron and Kathy Thompson for receiving a new daughter into their family.  Their son, Matt, was married this past weekend to Ashley Thompson. 

PERU MISSIONS
Kay Lewis and Terry and Ruth McMaster have left for Peru on the mission trip.
Please keep their safety in your prayers.

MENS BUSINESS MEETING
Mens business meeting today at 4:30.  Please submit any items for the agenda to Roy Phillips.  All men are invited to attend today's meeting, aside from business items, discussion will include congregational spiritual growth.

FAIR HAVEN NEEDS--NEW GOAL
NEW GOAL 25 Packages of Laundry soap, dryer sheets, or fabric softener.   No bleach please.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Vacation Bible School has been set to begin August 7-11 from 9 am to 11am for ages 3 years through Jr. High School.  Open house will be Friday evening August 11, 6:30-8:00 pm.  This year's theme and schedule is:

"Champions for God"

Monday Gideon a champion of obedience!
Tuesday Nehemiah a champion for God!
Wednesday Esther a champion of courage!
Thursday Peter a champion of Christian growth!
Friday Paul a champion of evangelism!

SINGING TODAY
Singing at the Marshfield Care Center Nursing Home is on the second Sunday of each month.
There will be singing today at the Marshfield Nursing Home at 2:30 p.m.

TEEN NIGHT

Teen night is to be held at the Fordland Church of Christ June 11, at 5:00 PM, (NOTE TIME).
Worship begins at 5:00 pm.  You are invited to stay after services for food, fellowship, and fun.

PANAMA CHILDREN

Ninety dollars ($90.00) will feed, clothe and provide medical attention for a whole month for one (1) child in the Panama  Children's Home. A change can is located on the table in the foyer to help with this need.
