after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.

Fay Hyder had
surgery on her shoulder Wednesday and is at her daughter's recovering.
Verba Cruise had
brain surgery last Tuesday which was successful. She cam home from
the hospital Friday and is recovering at home.
Roy Phillips
is recovering from eye surgery.
Robert Keenan,
Michelle Crew's brother, has been told his cancer is spreading.
Ruth McMasters is
recovering from foot surgery.
Ted Clarke
continues to wear his heart monitor till Jan 17.
Gene Richardson, remains
in Webco Nursing Home having therapy, and is better.
Please, let's remember our prayers for all
of the above mentioned.

CARD BASKETS-
If you would like to send a card to someone in your church family during
the holiday season or for any reason, there are baskets in the foyer with
initial dividers in them . Stop by and check your intials for a card
or bring someone else something to cheer them up. These will remain throughout
the year.
LADIES CLASS
will begin again on January 8, at 9:30 am. We will begin a new study
of "Women of the Bible." Now is a good time to join us. If
you haven't been coming, we encourage you to join us.
CONGRATULATIONS
to
Jim and Brenda Cruise, the proud grandparents of a new grandson, Jack Michael.
He weighed in at 8'1" and was 21 inches long. He is the son of Robert
Cruise.

Ted will preach a brief lesson on giving today followed by the budget presentation
for 2009 by brother Roy Phillips.
