welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today
and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes
after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.

Bob Blackwell
fell this past week but is doing some better. He continues his leukemia
treatments..
Doshie Crossland, mother
of Ruth McMasters, remains the same.
Estelline Jones is
doing much better with her blood pressure problems.
Jerry Freeze, an elder at Lebanon is
in critical condition.
Dot Kimball of Seymour has had her
cancer return.
Linda Haffner has stopped
taking her chemo treatments since they are causing her so much stomach
sickness and they are considering other treatments.
Lonnie Wilson, friend of Terry Cruise, had
a malignant tumor in his sinus cavity removed.
Beth Foster is awaiting the results of tests
to see if her cancer has returned.
Don Thurman,
father of Diana Greer had a scan on the 8th which showed no cancer had
returned.
Johnnie Sanders
will have his eleventh chemo treatment next week.
Megan Easterly's continues
her cancer treatments.
Sherrie Clarke
is recovering from Lap Band surgery.
Gene Richardson
remains in Webco Manor and has a cold. Remember
all of these in your prayers.
FAIRHAVEN CHILDRENS
HOME New Items are cooking oil cooking
spray, cereal, spaghetti sauce and instant potatoes. Let's try to
remember to bring items to fill our containers. Also remember to
save the Best Choice bar codes and place in the Smiley Face box in the
foyer. The next pick up date will be in March.
SIGN UP SHEET-
There
is a sign up sheet in the foyer for those who wish to sign up to prepare
the communion or host monthly singings in 2010.
MENS BUSINESS MEETING
will
be today at 4:30 pm. If you have anything to be discussed please
give it to Ron Thompson or one of the other men..
MEANINGFUL MINISTRY
With
great help from the entire congregation, the Thursday morning ladies class
was able to prepare and deliver 29 Sunshine Baskets during the year and
sent a total of 250 greeting cards. A Big Thank you to those who
helped in these endeavors. They touch a lot of lives .
REMODELING of
the kitchen at the church has begun and is now a work in progress.
