WELCOME!
We extend a very hearty and sincere welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew 22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.

NOTE: WE ARE NOW MAILING OUT THE "HOUSE TO HOUSE HEART TO HEART"  PUBLICATION TO ALL IN THE 65706 ZIP CODE. OUR FIRST MAILING RECENTLY WENT OUT.  THERE ARE COPIES OF THIS PUBLICATION IN THE FOYER. WE WILL COVER THE ENTIRE ZIP CODE OF 10,000 BOXES OR RESIDENCES IN SIX MAILINGS EACH YEAR.

Bob Blackwell
is on the Cancer floor at St. Johns Hospital with Acute Myeogeneous Leukemia .  The first round of chemotherapy was unsuccessful and the doctors are trying low dose chemotherapy to put try to slow the growth of the cancer cells. After the inital treatment  he is to have recurring 5 day treatments every 28 days.  He is now being built up so that he can leave the hospital when the numbers are favorable.  He will not be home for Christmas and possibly not before the New Year..
Doshie Crossland, mother of Ruth McMasters,  needs constant care.
Estelline Jones is doing some better with her blood pressure problems but is still very weak.
Linda Haffner has stopped  taking her chemo treatments since they are causing her so much stomach sickness and they are considering other treatments.
Don Thurman, father of Diana Greer has an infection in the area of his eye surgery and will return to the doctor on Jan 5 for a scan.
Johnnie Sanders had  his port installed correctly last week and will return this week for his ninth chemo treatment.
John Nash Sr, had a pacemaker put in and is at home recovering.
Megan Easterly's cancer shows that the spots are shrinking and there were no new spots. She will continue treatments for another 9 months.
Gene Richardson remains in Webco Manor and has a cold. Remember all of these in your prayers. 
FAIRHAVEN CHILDRENS HOME  New Items are cooking oil cooking spray, cereal, spaghetti sauce and instant potatoes.  Let's try to remember to bring items to fill our containers.  Also remember to save the Best Choice bar codes and place in the Smiley Face box in the foyer.  The next pick up date will be in March.
SIGN UP SHEET- There is a sign up sheet in the foyer for those who wish to sign up to prepare the communion in 2010. 
FIRST SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP-  will be next  Sunday Jan, 3. Hostesses are cathy Thompson, Ellen Haddock, Louise Bigley, and Jan Sanders.
OUR SINCEREST SYMPATHYIES to Thomas and Jody Thompson, Ron's nephew, regarding the loss of their baby. 
BIBLE INSTITUTE OF MISSOURI will begin their Evening School classes on Monday, January 11.  These run through April.  Ted will be teaching in the prophet Isaiah at 6:30 PM each Monday night.  See the schedule in the foyer for other teacher times and class topics.
