FIRST SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP- Dec 5- Today after the morning worship service.  It will be potluck Hostesses will be Linda Blazer, Verba Cruise, Judy Phillips, and Janet Haffner.

GUEST SPEAKER- Dec 5- Today our guest speaker is Kip Adams.  Kip and his wife, Kamron are from Oklahoma City and Kip is trying out for the position here.  Please make Kip and Kamron feel welcome.  He will be speaking at both services.

DECEMBER SINGING-  Dec 11- will be at 6pm at Thad and Patsy Layne's house.  More information to come.

HOLIDAY WIDOW/WIDOWER'S BASKETS Dec 16 - We will be preparing 30 large and 10 small baskets for  widows and widowers on Dec 16.  Let's begin now to gather items for these baskets.  If anyone has a new name of a widow/widower to invite, please let someone know by Dec 12. The time is upon us to prepare these baskets.  If you are thinking of making a monetary donation, please do so soon so items can be purchased.  So far we have only received $20.  Homemade gifts and homemade baked goods are always appreciated.  Or if you wish to donate acertain item such as soup, candy, etc., please see Linda to advise her or get and idea for an item.

Vickie Cantrell  had surgery this past week and was kept longer than normal due to problems with breathing, but she is doing better now and was due to come home yesterday.
Herman Harris' cancer has become active again and he is taking oral chemo medication at home.
Virgil Thompson, Ron Thompson's dad, got some good news from his tests. They do not think he has pre-leukemia.
Tim Tate, son-in-law of the Clarkes, had orthroscoptic surgery on his other knee Dec 2 and is doing well.
