WELCOME!
We extend a very hearty and sincere
welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today
and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes
after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.
UPCOMING EVENTS
LADIES DAY will
be Septemper 8, at the Sunset Church of Christ from 9a.m. to 1p.m. with
Elsie Hubbard speaking. Please let Linda Blazer know if you want
to go.
LADIES CLASS
is using their time on Thursday mornings working on the upcoming Vacation
Bible School which is scheduled for July 16th. We can use all the
help we can get and would love to have you join us. We separate and cut
out the material for the teachers. Come and join us from 9:30 – 11:00
a.m. on Thursdays.

Johnnie Sanders continues his chemo treatments
every two weeks..
Angel Hamilton is recovering from surgery
but has been able to attend services.
Pat Welch, mother of Cary, had back surgery
and was due to be released Thursday.
Sherrie Clarke is
to have out patient surgery (lithotripsy) for her kidney stones at St.
John 's on Wednesday.
Ted Clarke continues
to have tests for his back and leg pain and weakness.
Continue to pray for all of these brethren
and friends!
YOUTH NIGHT
will be at the Marshifield church of Christ tonight. Brent Green
will be the speaker. For more inofrmation see the bulletin board.
We always have a big crowd on youuth night and we will be needing some
help with the refreshments. We have quite a few store bought cookies
left from VBS. If possible, we would like to have some homemade findger
food desserts, browneies, cookies, etc.
RECIPE BOOKS
are finished. There are enough for each family to have one. If you
did not get one this morning before services, please see Sherrie.
SHOWER GIFTS
If you want to go in on a shower gift see Thelma Price.
WORLD BIBLE
SCHOOL wWe have received a request of
financial help from the World Bible School. The men decided they would
donate to that work everything that is contributed over our weekly budget
of $1593.00 on the week of Sept 16th, 2007. If you have any questions
please see Bob Lewis.
