MEN'S BUSINESS MEETING
There will be a men's business meeting
today, Sunday, 13, at 4:30 p.m. at the church. If you have something
to be brought up at this meeting please contact Roy Phillips before the
meeting.
PRAYER LIST
Mae Manery will have back surgery at St.
John's this coming Thursday.
Our prayers are with you Mae.
Bob Lewis had surgery on his shoulder
last week and is doing well.
Judy Phillips had to be taken to the
emergency room this morning with back problems.
Sherrie Clarke is still suffering from
kidney stones.
There are others who have requested
prayer. Please call the church number for a list of these people
to include in your prayers. Let's remember to pray daily for all those
on the prayer list.
YOUTH NIGHT
Youth Night is August 20th. Contact
Johnnie Sanders or Terry McMasters for more information. Ladies will
need to bring finger deserts (cookies, brownies, etc.) Please bring them
by Sunday morning service on Aug 20th so we will know if we need to go
purchase more before evening.
NEW ARRIVALS
CONGRATULATIONS to Johnny, Janice, and
MacKensie Sanders for their new granddaughter and niece, Ellie Clara Sanders.
She is the daughter of John and Tiffany Sanders. All are great.
Delbert and Faye Hyder have a new great
granddaughter, Paige Christine Hyder. She was born July 25th to Jason
and Stephanie Hyder. Congratualtions.
FAIR HAVEN NEEDS--New Goal
NEW GOAL-- 25 Packages of spaghetti and
25 cans or jars of spaghetti sauce. Deadline is September.
