WELCOME!

We extend a very hearty and sincere welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew 22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.

NOTE: WE ARE NOW MAILING OUT THE "HOUSE TO HOUSE HEART TO HEART"  PUBLICATION TO ALL IN THE 65706 ZIP CODE. OUR FIRST MAILING RECENTLY WENT OUT.  THERE ARE COPIES OF THIS PUBLICATION IN THE FOYER. WE WILL COVER THE ENTIRE ZIP CODE OF 10,000 BOXES OR RESIDENCES IN SIX MAILINGS EACH YEAR.


UPCOMING EVENTS
August 8- SINGING at the Marshfield Care Center today at 3:30 pm.
August 8- YOUTH NIGHT- will be here at the Marshfield Church of Christ, 6pm-7pm.  Guest speaker will be Derek
                    Yarber.  Dinner will be provided following services.
August 15- MENS BUSINESS MEETING--Sunday the 15 at 4:30 pm.

OUR SYMPATHIES to the Bill McFarland Family of the Watermill Congregation. Casey  Murray of Riverton, Wyoming, nephew of bill and Kay McFarland, passed away 2 weeks ago when he collapsed while jogging. His parents, Ed and Sherry Murrayworked with the Fairhaven Childrens Home for several years before moving to Riverton where Ed preaches.  Casey was 30 years old and leaves a wife, Lacy, and two sons, one age 6 and a baby who has just undergone heart surgery.  A fund to assist this family due to medical expenses has been set up.  For more information to help, contact Watermill church of Christ or see the bulletin board for an address.

Rachel Smith, sister of Rebecca Bigley, is still seeing doctors to get a consensus of what to do.  Her breast bone is depressed and causing pressure on her heart.
Mae Pope, sister of Norma Nash, had a stroke in her eye.
Remember Johnnie Sanders and Roy Phillips as they both continue with their medical problems.
Ted Clarke saw his neurologist Friday and they are working to treat his problems.
Suzi Doty is able to put very little weight on her leg at this time.
Jordan Breithaupt, Suzl's grandson, will have surgery after Labor Day.
Margie Myers, had a pancreatic stent put in and is feeling some better.
Tim Lokey, nephew of Sherrie Clarke, will have surgery on August 14 to remove tumors in his rectum. A biopsy of the spot in his lungs will be done at the same time.
Gene Richardson is not doing well at all.

Please remember all of these in your prayers.
 
FAIRHAVEN CHILDRENS HOME-Our new list Items include instant rice, cereal, instant oatmeal, jello, honey and koolaid. Also remember to collect Best Choice bar codes and place them in the smiley face box in the foyer. NEXT PICKUP WILL BE SEPTEMBER 9th.
 
THANK YOU to the people who delivered the meals from the Older American Centerthis past week.  Yur time is greatly appreciated.
