WORK DAY  The men have planned a work day for Aug 11 to take care of several necessary things pertaining to the upkeep of our property.  One matter that needs attention is work to be done on the Hailey house.  We have a preacher student coming to study with us at the Bible Institute of Missouri who needs a place to stay.  The men have graciously offered the house rent free as they have to previous students.  Even with gasoline prices high the free housing is welcomed and presently more than offsets the price of driving to Springfield.  We also welcome having these young men as part of the congregation here.

GUEST SPEAKER On August 19th brother Brent Green will be preaching for us and making a power point presentation of the work of training preachers at the Bible Institute of Missouri.  Brent is a rececnt graduate and is working to help promote the school and recruit new students.  Brent is also speaking at the Youth Night for Marshfield at the PM services.
CONGRATULATIONS:  Kelly Atkeson and Dustin Fluit were married last Saturday.  We are planning a Wedding/Baby shower for them soon.  More information on this later.
