WELCOME!
We extend a very hearty and sincere
welcome to all of our visitors. It is an honor to have you with us today
and you are welcome every time our doors are open. Please stay a few minutes
after worship so that we can get to know you.
We exist to serve God and you (Matthew
22:37-39). Please let us know if there are ways we might be of spiritual
service to you all. Simply contact any member and they will help you. We
would rejoice to share this life and heaven with you.
UPCOMING
EVENTS
April 5 FIRST SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP
DINNER will be next Sunday.
It will be a Potluck immediately after the morning services. Hostesses
are Linda Blazer, Judy Phillips, Verba Cruise, and Janet Haffner.
GOSPEL MEETING
at Hwy 13 church of Christ in Bolivar. April 5-8 each evening at 7:00 pm.
Different speakers. Theme: "Our Favorite Sermons." Ted will speak on Tuesday
night.
April 17 ANNUAL
WIDOWS/WIDOWERS LUNCHEON is scheduled for
Friday, April 17th. The theme is "Teacups With Character" based on
the scripture 1Ti 4:12. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
REMINDER:
Recordings of Lord's Day sermons are made each week on compact discs.
Upon request to Ron Thompson or Carey Welch, a copy can be made for you.
For regular travelers who have a CD player in their vehicle, this is a
good way to listen to gospel sermons. Then recycle it and let your
"light shine" by passing it along to a friend or acquaintance to hear.

Robert Keenan,
Michelle Crew's brother, continues his battle with cancer.
Don Thurman, Diana Greer's
father, is home recovering from his surgery and staph infection and is
doing much better.
James Foster,
Scott Greer's brother-in-law was diagnosed with colon cancer and has started
treatments.
Gene Richardson, remains
in Webco Nursing Home and is feeling better now.
Please, let's remember our prayers for all
of the above mentioned.
FAIRHAVEN CHILDRENS HOME
new
items are spices, vinegar, salad dressings, vanilla, and honey. We received
a letter from them thanking us for the items we donated the past quarter.
Our donations on the Best Choice bar codes are way down. Let's try to remember
to save our Best Coice bar codes from any product and put them in the Smiley
Face box in the foyer.
OUR SINCEREST
SYMPATHY to the family Jo Skinner Baden
and her family at the loss of Jo's grandson, Michael Marler. Her
died Thursday from a ruptured aneurism. His funeralm is pending b ut will
be held at Whetchel Funeral Home in Forsyth, MO.
HAPPY
HOLLOW CAMP applications are in
the foyer. If you are interested in your children attending the camp this
summer, please pick one up, fill it out and return to Johnnie Sanders.
SIGN UP SHEET--There
is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board for ladies to sign up to open
their homes for Monday Night Bible Study. Please sign up if you are willing
to host a Monday Night study.
